Actually it’s pretty hard to get a girl to ask you out.
But there are ways you can make it easier for yourself.

After she is attracted to you, you can start to ask her questions about her hobbies or things she like… when you find a common interest it will be pretty easy to either ask her out or maybe she will ask you out if you are really lucky
